With over 890 species of birds recorded, Costa Rica is one of the world's premier birding destinations. It is also home to some of the most impressive conservation efforts in the Americas. Our unique itinerary blends great tropical birding with a look at some of the groups and institutions that are working to preserve the biodiversity upon which the birds depend. This year's trip is a fundraiser for Alachua Audbon, so you will be enjoying great tropical birding and supporting conservation at home at the same time! Please view this itinerary and feel free to contact me for more information.
